About the Program

Established in 2015, Symphony Flower Farm operates as a full-service florist and specialty gift shop – provides training and opportunities in the field of horticulture while teaching participants all aspects of greenhouse production. Seasonally, a farmer’s market is stocked daily with fresh produce, herbs and flowers which are grown naturally and on site.

Operating as self-sustained, cultivation of the person’s identity, confidence and feeling of accomplishment are a strong focus in this program. Please call our main office at 860.963.2555, ext. 20 to be connected to this program.

How to Participate

Our services are available to people who are eligible to receive support through the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS).

To be approved for services through DDS, a person must have a qualifying intellectual or developmental disability, be 18 years or older, and live in Connecticut. Once determined eligible, DDS will coordinate referrals to NEPS.
